Although the process of getting a car off Thrifty was easy (I mean how hard can it get?!) I got stung big time by the chick there that lies through her teeth! Vehicle not checked upon drop off, get a call the next day to say there was a dent in it and then she threatens me with court when I was trying to argue the case. Disgusting staff with no experience or life skills!

It's all done in a demountable office but I still drove away with a hire truck. Not sure about being a blue chip member is worth anything since Thrifty have changed the rules...
