9 Jan 2018 - Busy shop and line up people when we arrived from terminal at 2pm.  I made a suggestion to the attendant guy - could we get the car opened and luggage on board while my wife fulfill office paperwork..... 
Well he was MORE than helpful.  Walking me to car, start, air con, back it out for boot clearance.  Then sat with my kids while I was back inside.  Great service in a pressure moment to reach our next appointment.  Employee of the month kind of stuff!!
