Awesome service, attention and PATIENCE. Highly recommended bike (Riese & Muller) and shop. Lots of choices. John is great to deal with and always helpful, Had it 6 months, nearly 6000 km already. Never late for work any more!

I cannot speak highly enough of the level of customer service. Electric bikes are an expensive investment and it is so important to have piece of mind. If you are looking for an ebike, go and pay these guys a visit. Probably the only shop where you could be guaranteed to NOT suffer from buyer's remorse!

Excellent, patient help provided by John. Living in the country meant that a trip in with the bike was not convenient. John provided good advice over several phone calls which lead to resolving the issue. All is good again. Thanks

Outstanding service, few retail businesses work this hard to make sure you are 100% happy. You are looked after as an owner and not just a customer with equal attentiveness. An experience that sets that standard for the whole industry and deserves worthy praise. I only wish more was done to knit together a community of e-bikers which is still in its infancy in Melbourne.
