I have a good experience dealing with Consulate General of Indonesia. Despite the limited resource that they have, they still able to help me on time. ☺ 

I sent some documents via australia post and they have done my request in a week. I also got call from them and email notification that inform me the progress stat of my request. Thank you so much. 

Anyway, my email also didn't get any answer from info.sydney.(I think it is not active anymore) 

 But I got a very helpfull response from paspor.sydney, visa.sydney, administration.sydney, and consulate.sydney.

The staff are all very helpful and friendly even the security. I have no problem at all extending my passport, all done in 30 mins!! Don't really understand why so many bad reviews...

They will never pick up your phone, they shouldn't even have their phones.
The only thing they respond is your email but that is after 2 days. Some of the staff is very nice but some others are pain in the knee to deal with.
The security guard is the most "evil" of all.

The staff so rude!!
And no attitude at all talk to people.1 of the male staff yell at me when he direct me to the other counter&1 of the female staff so rude when she serve me.
They give the grumpy face
Toilet so horrible&smelly.disgusting!!!
If I can give minus star?

I’m sitting there for 20 mins but they just nice to aussie Passport.

Honestly I dont get the negative rating. Yes the phone support is a bit unreliable, but email worked fine. The staff at the consulate was super friendly and helpful.
