They have the worst service ever!!!! I came early & took a ticket and was told waiting so the lady could serve other customers first tho they came after me (because I was the only Asian there) !!! Finally till my turn, they simply told me to come back after 1.30pm because they only do the visa exemption service on Tuesday & Thursday afternoon only. The lady was so unfriendly and told me that I should read their notice before comming! Can’t believe they had that such of attitude with customers! I would give them 0 star if I could.

Had all my papers in order, no waiting, person at counter took it all handed me a receipt and the passports with visas arrived at my home in rural NSW within a week.
Easy, simple, painless and hassle free process.
Have your application properly prepared, take a number when you arrive and you'll have no problems.

Efficient but not accurate. They finalised my visa in 3 days but gave me the wrong passport when I got there. Luckily I checked before I left but none of the people prior checked.

I'm currently sitting in the small town on the Vietnam/Cambodian border because the consulate made an error on my visa and printed 27-09-17 as the start date instead of 17-09-17 (today's date), as was correctly written on the form. I did not pick this up upon collection as I saw the visa and thought they would have got the dates correct. Further, they handed me the wrong passport at first, and I had to correct their mistake. They then called me later that afternoon trying to locate another passport they had lost. In the visa process. This careless mistake has been costly, but more importantly has led to wastage of valuable time on a trip with a very busy itinerary. I imagine I won't be receiving a refund for the already expensive initial cost of the visa given the experience so far. Rather ironic as I got the visa in Sydney instead of in Phnom Penh (the cheaper alternative) to ensure it was done properly...
