We tried our best to apply visa by completing all the documents to get schengen visa, still being refused and makes us have to travel back to our country to apply in Swiss embassy in there. Had the worst service experience.

Consulate general of Switzerland in Sydney was so helpful, they answered my email within 12hours. The online application and online booking system work perfectly and so easy to complete. The Lady at the visa counter was very helpful, friendly and professional at the same time, she went through my documents and gave me advices for a few mistakes I made. Thank you so much for your help.

This is the most friendly consulate I have ever been to, and I've been to a lot of consulates of different countries! Everyone was polite, nice, helpful and professional at the same time. I've never thought applying for a long term visa could be so drama-free. Thanks to the lovely girl at the reception and particularly many thanks to Vice-Consul Mr Keller!

Lady in the visa counter was great. She was so helpful and it took me only 5 minutes to apply for a Schengen visa. Thanks a lot for the help
