Afer visting the Gold Buyers around the corner I walked in to the branch to cash a cheque. There was only one person in front of me so I did not have to wait long. Two girls at the counter. Speedy service and very friendly. Was greeted with a smile and asked how my day was. I dont bank with the commonwealth but the staff here are great.

Crippled our long standing company for 2 weeks. We could not pay staff and they kept OUR money locked up all because we complained about the poor service we were getting so the manager decided to purposely screw us over. Really really underhanded and sneaky. Lies and more lies. Finally we got our money and shut the account. Never again cba you fossill fuel funding earth killers

CommBank are the biggest funders in Australia of dirty coal projects ... last year they sunk nearly $4Billion into fossil fuels ... if indeed CommBank can, then they should invest the same money into renewable energy instead and give our futures a fighting chance.  Shame on you CommBank.
