It was amazing experienced yesterday. Lots of variety and option in meat sections,veggies,sweets and more.It was well arranged in every item in the isle.Very helpful and very friendly staff.I will definitely come back again soon to visit this place again as i am one of the happy customer and having a good time to visit this place
Another disgusting avocado, this time from Coles. All well and good saying take it back but that is not feasible sometimes. Where's the quality control? They should be penalised heavily for selling rubbish like this.
Wow! The most appalling service staff ever… waiting in line for a cash self serve checkout - a staff member comments to another staff member laughing “they’re all waiting for cash” the other staff member laughs and says “funny” …nNot funny - it isn’t enough we have to wait at a self serve checkout, we also have to wait for a cash checkout - of which there were only 2 out of 12!nAnd then as if that wasn’t enough the other lady rudely came over and before i had finished - said “I need to get that basket “ leant over to get the basket the previous customer had left ….nYeah, na- shocking … rude …. Continue lining your CEO’s pockets Coles - don’t put enough staff on to service actual checkouts or spend time training staff on actual customer service !
Used to be one of the best Coles for price, layout and ease, now they have pretty much got rid of nearly all registers, lots of seniors in that store who will struggle, I always use check out to help support jobs, and I’m not being paid to scan and pack my shopping…so prices all up, and wages right down, doesn’t make sense….No staff in sight to help with anything but self check out!nnWow back again months later, people lining up for service, self check out empty!nIt’s not hard Cole’s, you need to bring back better service!!!nCannot charge 3x the price and expect people to self checkout with a trolly full!!!
Been to several supermarkets on the GC since I moved here 2 months ago, but I've found the most convenient one for me. Not far from home, easy parking & shopping, bakery just outside Coles so I don't shop on an empty stomach, Bunnings & a servo nearby. Everything I need when I do my groceries.
