Located in The Oasis Shopping Centre at 75 Surf Parade, Broadbeach, Woolworths Oasis is a convenient and popular choice for both locals and visitors alike. The store enjoys extended hours—open 6 am to 10 pm on weekdays, 7 am to 10 pm on Saturdays, and 7 am to 9 pm on Sundays .nnConvenience & LocationnSituated centrally within a beachside shopping complex filled with cafés, eateries, and health services, Woolworths is easy to access, especially with the centre’s three hours of free undercover car parking . Its proximity to hotels and Broadbeach attractions makes it a go-to for quick grocery stops.nnProduct Range & QualitynThe supermarket consistently stocks fresh produce, bakery items, meat, and ready-to-eat meals, favoured by many for reliable quality and selection . The bakery offerings are particularly praised, with appealing pastries and breads. Prices are generally reasonable for the area.nnService & Shopping ExperiencenMany reviewers highlight the friendly and helpful staff, making shopping smoother, while the ample self-checkout lanes help speed up purchases, especially during busy times . However, others note that during peak periods, shelves may empty quickly, and restocking can lag—so timing your visit helps .nnWhat Could Be ImprovednSome customers mention that the store layout feels compact and can be difficult to navigate, especially during busier periods . Others add that despite a generally pleasant staff demeanour, there have been occasional reports of disorganization or less-than-ideal customer interactions when the store gets crowded .nnnnFinal ThoughtsnWoolworths Oasis Broadbeach is a dependable and well-positioned supermarket option, ideal for everything from essentials to fresh meals while exploring the Gold Coast. With great opening hours, a solid produce section, and helpful staff, it makes everyday grocery runs easy—just be prepared for slightly tighter aisles and occasional crowds during busy hours.
The store is frustrating to shop in. Every time I visit, staff are restocking shelves and constantly blocking the aisles, making it difficult to get around. The self-checkout area is also very small, yet there are often three staff members standing among customers, which makes it feel even more crowded. On top of that, there are frequently many products out of stock, with empty spaces on the shelves. Overall, the shopping experience could be much better.
Employee named “Eduara” accused me of stealing items….when I offered to show her my bags she refused to check and says “that’s my job” to stand around with her arms folded? Great job where can I apply? Don’t return to this trash store as customer service is not entailed in their job description!
Filthy shelves with half eaten food…every visit is the same, no one cleans up.nStaff that works there are all friendly but management has dropped the ball half eaten apple …yuck!!
Absolutely disgusting store, there are items everywhere on shelves where they are not meant to be. The workers stand in my way and one of them where inches away from hitting me with a cart, I feel disrespected as I’ve just moved here and thought it would be a calm and clean place but I’m wrong.
