Very busy supermarket on a Friday evening, despite this, I managed to get in & out relatively quickly. Flew through the self check outs in record time. A good fresh produce selection & bakery & considering how busy it was shelves were pretty tidy

I visited your store around 9:00 PM on August 22nd, 2024. After shopping for several items, I approached the counter for checkout, as using self-checkout would have been time-consuming given the number of items I had. The staff member, Josh, told me that I needed to use the self-checkout because the counter was closed. While I understand he may have been tired, I was surprised to see him assisting another customer at the checkout counter after I had finished using the self-checkout.nnThis made me feel as though I was being treated unfairly or possibly a discrimination.nnPlease ensure that Josh was wearing aorange t shirt receives proper training & show some respect.
* Small wooliesn* Friendly staffn* Good selection of convenience food for people on holiday including sushi, rotisserie chicken and pork, salad, heat and eat chilled meals and frozen dinners. I ended up buying 4x frozen butter chicken meals, a large potato salad, large rotisserie pork roast, tim tams, strawberries, bananas, weetbix & milk for under $50. More than enough food for 4 days' stay.
This Woolworths is nearly twice as expensive as anywhere else. They make you feel like your a criminal with security looking at everything you do. The machines as so touchy that if you make a wrong turn with an item it will crash.nnAfter this experience today it's made me make it my mission to never ever shop at Woolworths again.
