One of the most pleasant surprises of my Gold Coast, Australia trip was shopping at Woolworths Surfers Paradise, perfectly located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, just steps from the iconic golden beaches and my accommodation.nnThis full-service supermarket was an absolute lifesaver throughout my stay. It boasts an incredible range of high-quality goods, from ultra-fresh local Australian produce, premium dairy and ready-to-eat meals ideal for beach picnics, to travel essentials like sunscreens, snacks and bottled water, all at fair prices far better than nearby tourist-focused convenience stores.nnI was deeply impressed by its spotlessly clean, well-organized wide aisles, seamless checkout options, and the incredibly friendly, helpful staff who always offered warm assistance. It also provides valid tax invoices for Australia’s Tourist Refund Scheme, a huge plus for international visitors. Every visit was hassle-free and delightful, and this Woolworths far exceeded my expectations, becoming an essential and beloved part of my Gold Coast travel experience.
Nice superMart for local and guest, all items price was fair ,venue was clean, and everything was neatly arranged.
A nice, fresh Woolworths located in the centre of Surfers Paradise. Everything was fresh, well presented and well laid out. Nice wide aisles and a great selection of foods for locals and visitors alike. It is always nice to see plenty of good self-service and manned checkouts available. The staff were friendly and always gave us a smile, whether it was a quick question or at the checkout. Very wheelchair friendly.
Woolworths is a reliable and well-stocked supermarket with a wide range of fresh produce, pantry staples, and household items.
