Check out Staff are friendly and store has many fresh produce.nnMy issue is the lack of checkout staff and having to pay for trolleys which on a few occasions the trolley's wheels were damaged.nnStill... beats their direct competitor you know who a block away.
Absolutely appalled by the customer service in self serve.. a gentleman's bag broke eggs fell and smashed out.. no one herd the loud bang or go to his attention tho there were 3 attendants in self serve 2 just having a chat one in smoke desk.. no one helped.. I'm shocked and appalled.. such rude ppl working 27th nov 245pm -258pm..nWatch the security video footage. Absolutely disappointing... usually there is friendly happy staff..
The best supermarket in the Surfers Paradise local area. It’s usually well stocked and tidy and you can get in and out quickly. The other two supermarkets near Coles are not worth visiting.
Great place to do the shopping. Clean and bright with plenty of room to get around.
