The most incredible staff thank you to John from Cole’s and the boys that helped me help a lovely 90-year-old man. He lost his car. We managed to track all over Pacific fair found his Mercedes-Benz with the dog in it. I got to drive it back to him and saved the day. I’m going through Cancer so I couldn’t have made it without the incredible stuff from Coles. He’s a lovely young man great examples of great human beings and a great example for Coles..
This is the biggest Coles I’ve ever been to so far, which is about twice as big as the majority of supermarkets.nThe wider variety of ice poles, ice cream, and all the other products does surprise at first glance.nIn addition, I wanted to pay with my Coles gift card with some balance but I made mistake in the process.nAfterwards, I raised my hand and the staff was willing to help with my problem.nIt seemed that she’s a new staff and wasn’t familiar with the operation of the kiosks but she tried her hardest and solved my problem at last thanks to her.

PSA....nToday i got an online Coles order delivered as I have no way of accessing the shop myself. Once delivered half of my order being $50 worth of goods was stolen by the driver who delivered it. Before ya ask, yes I contacted the store to see if the whole order was picked up & they assured me with their computers & scanners it was. Once I complained about this absolutely nothing was offered in return considering the photo the driver took shows only 1 bag with a bottle of milk in it.nCan not stress this enough, DO NOT TRUST COLES OR DOORDASH ever again.nThanks for showing this disabled Veteran just what you think of us.
