I have shopped at Coles Pac Fair for years and today it hit a new low.  The shop has been sliding for a while now but fruit was ify, bakery had very little gourmet loaves, no Cole’s wraps, no 3 lt coles light milk  and quite a few other product weren’t available.  The shelves were untidy with many empty boxes still on shelves   Thankfully the staff were good

This is the biggest Coles I’ve ever been to so far, which is about twice as big as the majority of supermarkets.nThe wider variety of ice poles, ice cream, and all the other products does surprise at first glance.nIn addition, I wanted to pay with my Coles gift card with some balance but I made mistake in the process.nAfterwards, I raised my hand and the staff was willing to help with my problem.nIt seemed that she’s a new staff and wasn’t familiar with the operation of the kiosks but she tried her hardest and solved my problem at last thanks to her.

Danni helped me today, I needed a bigger bag for my groceries and there was nothing on the shelves, she promptly went to grab one for me and was really quick to do it, we need more people like her working on our markets, should be rewarded for her work ethics. Very kind also even though it was very busy at the moment.

Visited yesterday evening. I like this store as it's huge with lots of variety. Disappointing this visit shelves empty no more freshly made deli pizzas & whoever does the night fill needs to ensure labels match the correct products plenty of incorrectly priced stock but it's such a hassle with the smartass self checkout staff when you request a price check. It's already not my job to scan groceries but no other option at night & I definitely shouldn't have to read the small print to determine if the bright yellow sale ticket matches the products. Airwick has played the shrinkflation game, same fragrance different size and the new products still have the old $11 labels with 5.50 clearance tags on top but scans as $12 lucky I noticed. Also noticed the meat department is trying to sell products where the package has already expended with air so no good and lousy 10-50c discounts same day expiry. Appreciate the late opening hours at this store and plenty of parking available but just feel like the store needs better organisation cheers

The most incredible staff thank you to John from Cole’s  and the boys that helped me help a lovely 90-year-old man. He lost his car. We managed to track all over Pacific fair found his Mercedes-Benz with the dog in it. I got to drive it back to him and saved the day. I’m going through Cancer so I couldn’t have made it without the incredible stuff from Coles. He’s a lovely young man great examples of great human beings and a great example for Coles..
