This is the biggest Coles I’ve ever been to so far, which is about twice as big as the majority of supermarkets.nThe wider variety of ice poles, ice cream, and all the other products does surprise at first glance.nIn addition, I wanted to pay with my Coles gift card with some balance but I made mistake in the process.nAfterwards, I raised my hand and the staff was willing to help with my problem.nIt seemed that she’s a new staff and wasn’t familiar with the operation of the kiosks but she tried her hardest and solved my problem at last thanks to her.

As a loyal customer of Pacific Fair Coles for many years, I can honestly say that having exceptional and vibrant staff, like Kate from the Deli, truly sets this store apart. Kate is an absolute asset to your team and consistently makes every visit a positive experience.

On 14th December at 4:43 PM, I visited the Coles store and was disappointed with the service at the staffed checkout. The cashier, Gaya, asked if I needed bags, but did not assist with packing my items. I had to pack everything myself, which was not what I expected from a staffed checkout.nnI believe customer service at the staffed checkouts could be improved. Please clarify whether assisting with bagging is part of the service.nnI usually enjoy shopping at Coles, but this experience fell short of expectations. I hope management will address this issue to ensure consistent service in the future.
