Out of any company that I’ve ever had loyalty cards with, Flannery is the company that spams the most via phone number and you can’t seem to unsubscribe. Don’t give them your details.
Strap in we’ve got a novel boys and girls.nnThis is the second time that the woman working behind the vitamin counter has been very rude when I’ve been here. For a naturopath especially I would expect some kindness with the way she speaks to Le about people. I come at least twice a week, and all other staff are lovely. Today was enough for me to leave a review- I would leave a one star given the attitude but I’m giving 2 for the fact this review is purely about this woman and no one else or the store itself.nI was served yesterday by a very nice lady, who when I was about to buy chocolates in the Easter section, told me as I decided to wait a day or two to buy them because I can’t help myself and will just eat them had a laugh with me and told me she totally understood because she loved them herself, and said if I did wait, the prices for the Easter stuff should go down on Monday.nSo I came back in today, just to check. I got to the counter and the guy that served me was already giving me a tone almost to say that I had made it up.. then went to ask the naturopath, within ears distance. I could hear the way she said “no that would never have been said, that IS this price” and basically continued to rudely say I was more or less a liar to him, he came back to the counter with half a smirk himself and said pretty smugly yeah no that’s the price of them, I don’t know who would’ve said that to you but we don’t even do price change on Monday, we do them Thursday. So I said no worries I’ll put them back and wait until Thursday, where he then said “THEY probably won’t be part of the Easter mark down.” The rudeness over something so ridiculous is actually laughable.nI can see here in other reviews that this woman who I think is name namira or narima, the naturopath, has been rude with other people too so it might be time to do some customer service/general kindness refreshing for some staff..nnTo the rest of the wonderful people who work here, this review isn’t at all a reflection on you, and I thank you for making my other times visiting the store enjoyable, if it weren’t for you I probably wouldn’t ever come back.
Very niche market with prices to reflect. Definitely a Zen vibe to the market. Wide range of hard to normally find products from right across the world. Feel good about looking after yourself and your environment. Easy parking nice and friendly staff.
A bit expensive but a good selection. Since the place has moved into a new place I didn't see any of the staff from before and there are a lot of very young staff. It has lost its welcoming homely feeling. A bit disappointed.
Store is very organized and lots of good healthy options for produce, products and supplements. Staff are nice and friendly!
