Same as every other Coles around the country in terms of layout, product range and quality. Located in a newish commercial / residential complex just behind North Burleigh beach, convenient to get to if you’re staying in an apartment at this end of the beach.
Poor experience shopping for groceries here; trolleys scattered everywhere outside, poorly stocked shelves, no manned checkouts. Had to use self checkout for a trolley load of shopping, after staff were unhelpful and unfriendly and declined my request to open a checkout.
Got served in Isle 4 at 520pm 19th Augn0 stars. Ella the ginger needs an attitude re-adjustment. Worse service ever I have got from a Coles employee
Usually shop at this store but, sadly today Sunday 7th April 2024 when I went at approx 2:30 it was closed for the day. Apparently, they had power outages?? ‍ Weird considering the lights were on and other stores at this centre had power.
I understand that there is a time you close, often your doors are closed before time. You have been given grace by not being open till 10pm.... however your staff are rude, aggressive and may need more training to be competent at closing your store!! Bad experience most of the time.nnneed more training to do c
