Great service and customer friendly. Highly recommend if you're shopping in the area. Whilst the OLD saying goes that the customer is always right it is not necessarily true. I myself am a customer and a business owner and tend to find that because this delusion exists customers tend to take advantage and exploit this situation more these days due to the rush they get off social media and the attention that goes with it. Keep up the good fight and enjoy serving those that appreciate it. There are more good people out there than the not so good.

This store is a fine example of a family run convenience store. They are chatty as you are chatty and have a great range of food items to boot. Nothing like a good surf in the morning then whip in for a Dare coffee for the trip home. Smashing team great service. They treat you with respect.

On an urgent phone call and decide to do $15 worth of shopping at a convenience store??!!! Beyond all reasonable belief I say. And customer service doesn't mean you have to accept rude behavior in your workplace. Well done to the family that run this business!! Finally someone has the balls to review the reviewers!! To the knobs who leave 1 star reviews just go on about your sad little lives and keep your opinions to yourself.

Friendly and convenient. Pretty much everything you want from a family run shop. Have been shopping at Nobby's for many years and always go back. The customer is NOT always right. Some customers are a@#%+׿s. Planning to stop in again today on my way to down to Tweed.

If your call is that important than finish it before shopping! I NEVER use the phone while I am being served. I will either ignore it ringing until I'm finished or pop it in my bag while being served!!! Yes, there is customer service, but there is also a thing called respect and unfortunately that chick has NO RESPECT for anyone but herself! Good On the company for uploading the video - she deserves to be outed for LYING about the encounter!
