This servo always has diesel for over $2 a litre even when others are far cheaper. I mentioned this to a worker there and they said they don't ever want to pit the price below $2 a litre even when the wholesale price is cheaper.  Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful.  I will never buy my fuel from them ever again.

The outside has scattered rubbish all over, and the inside isn't much better. Every thing needs a good clean. Manager needs to learn manners & how to talk TO people NOT down to people !!

Today I had a silly incident, my car died on me right at this Shell's driveway. I came to the desk to let them know my car was blocking their driveway. Emma working at the time, helped me to push the car to the fuel pump and came to check on me afterwards to see if car was fine. Absolutely legend, A++ service. Thank you! :

I find the female manager way over the top with approach and tries to hassle you into buying extra items, then conducting herself as a victim of her role, I hate having anything to do with her,  the other staff are quite good

Last week brought 2 gatorades and charged $87.45.  The guy charged us someone else’s petrol. We got that refunded 4 days later. Grrr. Go today and charged twice for petrol.   What is wrong with the people that work here. Didn’t realise until I had left so  ow I have to go back to get a refund processed again. First time and error second time incompetent
