Today I had a silly incident, my car died on me right at this Shell's driveway. I came to the desk to let them know my car was blocking their driveway. Emma working at the time, helped me to push the car to the fuel pump and came to check on me afterwards to see if car was fine. Absolutely legend, A++ service. Thank you! :

Last week brought 2 gatorades and charged $87.45.  The guy charged us someone else’s petrol. We got that refunded 4 days later. Grrr. Go today and charged twice for petrol.   What is wrong with the people that work here. Didn’t realise until I had left so  ow I have to go back to get a refund processed again. First time and error second time incompetent

Usually love coming here bc its the closest late thing open after hours but whoever who’s on the rooster tn just refused to open the door for no reason

SCAMMERS. Was charged twice for my petrol and the store has told me they cannot refund me SORRY!? I have tried to get in contact with Cole’s express and Viva energy and nothing.. Will be reporting them if I do not receive my refund as soon as possible.

Very quiet and private to do your tyres with air and petrol and all sorts of things
