Got they order wrong a coupe of times just while trying to place the order. Took 20 minutes to get food even though there was only 1 order in front of us on a Saturday evening. Walked back to the beach with all kiddos in tow only to open the food and be missing the kids chicken nuggets so they gaff to share a small chips instead, and eat with the rest of the family we hadn't seen in a long time, while I walked back to the shop instead to pick up the nuggets. Nuggets weren't actually waiting, they were never cooked, because once again the order was wrong front the front desk. After debating with the kitchen a while that i had already paid for them despite their cook docket, they offered to cook them with what I ayne would be another 15 minute wait. Since the family would be done and ready to drive back to Brisbane buy then I declined. So they refunded my $3 In cash and sent me on my way. Tired, hungry kids, a missed dinner with my family and a late trip back to Brisbane.... not the greatest customer experience.
