The staff are great and products reasonable good value. The reason for 3 Stars is twofold. One is the number of days my preferred milk is NEVER there in the afternoons and I simply cannot get there before 4pm. The second is this STUPID new trial with cameras that detect purchases made elsewhere that are in the trolley. Consequently, I have started to shop elsewhere when I can.
Not a great supermarket, the day I was there, was before midday and the place looked untidy and not particularly clean with lots of empty shelves. Burleigh Stocklands is a good shopping centre, so it was disappointing to find such a lack lustre Woolworths supermarket. We pay exorbitant prices for most products and the least such places should provide is an immaculate physical facility for both perishable and non perishable goods.
I'm from interstate and its the worst Woolies I've been to. Hardly any stock on the shelves to choose from and the bread and cold salad area was disappointing. I was there at 11am.
It's like any supermarket, I often wonder when they put stuff on special, why don't they it for that price all the time, like Coles they have self checkouts, I REFUSE to use them, I don't care how many items I have.
Direct to boot is handy and easy. Quick service and polite which makes you want to come back again!
Please sort out your pick up service. If you've forgotten to include a few bags, don't let them sit there, take the initiative and call your customers! Currently sitting 50/50 success rate of delivery in full, and I've gotta chase it up.
Basic supermarket. Less range than I'd hoped.
The level of incompetence of this store is quite remarkable. Every single time I have ordered delivery OR pickup, the order has been someone else’s or has many missing items. The last time I ordered delivery, my order arrived 2 days after schedule including numerous calls to customer service and the store. There are some serious issues that need addressing.
Being a large Woolworths Store, there are a full range of Groceries along with Bakery products and of course a complete range of fruit and vegetables. The Shopping Centre Woolworths is in has many large stores like BigW, Its up the opposite end of the shopping centre, so you get to walk past heaps of large stores, like JB Hi Fi, Best and Less, too many to to list. Its a great Shopping Centre with Woolworths and Big W being the main attactions.
Great store. Good selection and competition next door for fruit and vegetables
