I've been meaning to write a review for a while now but keep forgetting... Anyway.. my car battery died in Oasis shopping centre and called here and the friendliest man came in an hour and put a new battery in .. in 10min!! Like seriously happy about it and I was back on the road! I can't remember his name but.. his service was excellent and price was way less than I expected so.. winning 👌 Thank you again!

A very big sincere Thank You to everyone at Brian's auto today. You guys are the best. My power steering failed and you were kindness itself to fix it on a busy Friday afternoon, which meant I could get back to Brisbane with no dramas. Just the best!

Great real Service Station where a guy at the Bowser's will help you at certain times of the day..There is a quality Mechanic's shop out back plus tyres at good prices and a section dedicated to extra's such as brake fluids to local road maps and in between .Brian's Auto still must be the best servo on the coast with excellent staff on all fronts willing to help..It's got my five stars

I have had my cars serviced at Brian's Auto for about 8 years and have always been happy with the booking and servicing and way they ring up before undertaking anything outside what would be normally expected. I have found staff to be professional and polite at all times. The price of a service has been under or on par with what other service centres charge but I think the mechanics are more experienced and take their responsibilities seriously. I have experienced no slap dash or rushed servicing.

Service was quick, fair, reasonably priced and the staff was very polite, professional, and honest. I will definitely go back if I ever have any other car issues.
