I tried to connect with Superdraft on the 15/09/2020 through social media ad. They responded in chat that they would get back to me ASAP. Fast forward 2 months with no call I tendered out my job a week ago on Hi Pages where they responded that they’d like to quote and I still haven’t received a call. I have no idea if this company is good or bad at what they do as I just can’t seem to get to speak to anyone. If I can’t speak to anyone in the sales stage what hope have I got of quality service and communication if I actually engage their services? I’ve been stung by this type of service before. I won’t engage with this company at all moving forward and if the directors are reading this. You need to not send me emails telling me how amazing your company is because it isn’t. I’ll unsubscribe after this review!
We started a simple project in July this year and have continually had to ask for mistakes to be fixed. Phone calls take days to be acknowledged and we only receive emails in return. It is now 5 weeks out from Christmas and although we have paid for all the services we have not been provided with drafts that can be submitted to Council. We do not recommend Superdraft.
Mark and the team from Superdraft were fantastic and very professional to deal with. They were attentive to detail and did a fantastic job with my plans, I'll definitely be using them again. Fast, efficient and extremely affordable and on time with their delivery.
Great customer service! As soon as I contacted them they were eager to follow up for my business and want to help in anyway they could which continued throughout the whole drafting process. The quote was very competitive and I would recommend them to anyone wanting drafting! Very Happy with their work
Great service and support for the duration of my project. Really quick turn around on providing quotes and getting me in contact with the right services. Definitely recommend if you need support throughout the drafting and building certification process.
Easy, Convient and smooth process. Superdraft team makes the process easy for the everyday consumer. I knew exactly what I was paying for up front and was all out lined by the sales team and on the detailed quotes. They delivered what they said on time and to the standard they said I would use them again!
shocking. cant issue correct invoice, won't make amendment for drawing they are paid for. Abusive practice.!! never ever again. - Update: after many phone calls, I am having the amendment done right now. It is so hard. I am hoping all is done correctly and in time.
I had my house done with Superdraft and I couldn't be happier. Their service is amazing, fast and reliable. Sure thing I'll engage them for future projects
Very disappointing experience amateur results. Slow service little care for the results. A waste of money for me
