Dillon is the most unhelpful, rude person I've ever had the misfortune to be served by in an Optus store. Brad was helpful but after 2 hours of assistance, could not get my brand new Samsung s9 plus to accept transfer of data. My local country Maryborough store was more than happy to help and did it in 10 minutes. Would never deal with Robina again

The phone i purchased from here less than two years ago for $2200 was having issues so i took it back into optus thinking that the up-to-date WARRANTY and INSURANCE would cover any issues I had. Not only did Optus fail to take my problem seriously, declaring that a lack of any physical break or damage to the phone meant it was fine ( wasnt turning on) but they immediately and aggressively started denying they ever sold insurance and the phone came with no warranty! All they had to do was look up my name on their computer to see my policy or previous purchase history in the store but they refused stating that I must prove with a receipt that I purchased the phone. Absolutely disgraceful considering the amount of money they charged me, an extra $20 a week for insurance!

Went to enquire about a plan deal. Got served by Hayley. She was so rude to me when I was asking if there was anyway I could get one of the christmas deals without being a new customer. I left the store feeling embarrassed and upset as she raised her voice at me and shut me down when i tried to ask another question. She did not smile or make me feel welcome to ask questions and i felt like an inconvenience. I myself work in retail so I did not understand how you can treat a paying customer this way. I would never talk to a customer in the same manner she did to me. I was nothing but polite and curious about the terms of the deal. This has made me not want to support optus anymore, they do not care about there customers or i would not have been treated with such little respect.

Two stars for the non conciliatory attitude of the staff member but mainly one star for the nonexistence of custom small support by Optus which has farmed out all their phone support to the Philippines. The woman on the phone said explicitly at least two or three times that I could return the set-top box to any Optus store store for a refund, at which the store says they do not except any returns of products. Another reason why I left Optus for Telstra and TPG.

Customer service was excellent, got a new S8, for my partner. The young man that served me was very attentive, also the young woman from Samsung was incredibly helpful, regarding information about my new purchase. Thanks guys.
