Tablet gift to 86 yr old mother so she could skype me in nsw.....she dropped after 2 wks....android....on/off button stuck down in case...case dislodged....fixed at Robina by Stephen very quickly ...others at pacific fair would not even look at! Most importantly my 86 yr old mother was thrilled by the exceptional courtesy and customer service she received...well done!

I went to the shop kiosk in the shopping centre on Cavil Avenue.

I went to this shop on the weekend and some guy was trying to me me unclear quotes for prices. I don't think he was really listening to me.

Then I said that I wanted a clear quote and I would come back in 20-30 mins.

Phone was taken apart and returned to me - they could not fix my phone.

Phone was returned to me with my sim card removed so now I have to order a new sim.

And tried to call twice during business hours on phone number listed on website and no answer.
