When I bought my 14 Pro Max about two years ago I added on the Apple Care+ for around $250AUD. When I dropped my phone I was able to book an appointment for the very next morning at Apple Robina. 04/09/24nI backed up the phone just in case; however they were able to replace the entire screen without erasing my phone! The whole process only took an hour, and only cost me $45AUD when normally this would cost between 5-$600AUDnPlus! While I was waiting I thoroughly enjoyed discussing all things Apple and Apple related; with the employee named Jack! Jack is clearly well versed in Apple products, tech and audio! The employee “Stu” who handed my phone back to me was also extremely pleasant to talk to! Overall this is a truly 5 star experience and I am thanking myself for getting the Apple Care+ in the first place!
Disappointing Service Experience and Unresolved Issue with my iPhone 14nnI am writing to express my frustration with the service I received during my recent visit to the ROBINA Apple Store. I had made an appointment online and arrived on time, yet I still had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes to be attended to, despite there being more Apple employees than customers in the store. This delay was puzzling and did not meet the level of efficiency I expect from Apple.nnWhen I was finally attended to, the interaction was far from satisfactory. I felt as though I was being treated as if I had done something wrong. My iPhone 14 has bent, but there are no scratches or physical damage in the area of the bend. Despite this, no one could provide a reasonable explanation for how this could have occurred. Even more frustrating, Apple has refused to take responsibility or investigate the situation, despite the phone still being under warranty.nnThe staff, including the manager I spoke with, only offered a replacement phone at my cost, which I find unacceptable given that my phone is still covered by warranty. I feel let down by the lack of accountability and assistance from Apple in this matter.nnI expect Apple to investigate this issue and provide a more reasonable solution that reflects the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.nnSHOULD I CONTINUE USING APPLE PRODUCTS?? went to Apple Store today to fix my laptop screen. The employee who came and helped us was nice however he was supposed to check out the screen, it did appear to need a new screen and I was gonna take it home and order a new one but I realised my laptop wasn’t turning on AT ALL nownnit’s disappointing how I went to the Apple Store with a partially broken laptop to a fully broken one. My laptop had the “black screen of death” but even then it occasionally turned on but now it’s fully broken which sucks because I don’t even get the chance to fix it or repair it without it costing me a fortune
I went to Apple in Robina to to get someone’s assistance. My iPhone charging cable kept on failing out and was really frustrating.nI spoke to an Apple specialist by the name of Harry. I thought it was the cable but in fact I learned it was the plug which needed to be cleaned out.nThe phone’s plug was cleaned out and now I can hang the phone on the cable it doesn’t fall off.nThank you Harry for your help and fantastic service.
Booked appointment to get phone battery replaced by 10.50 went to store they didn’t even talk to me til 11.15.ngot told they have to see do they have battery even available? But I booked it upfront they knew I needed this battery. Why do you offer service if you are not sure do you have stuff needed? Then my costumer service lady who I booked in to have my appointment and who was 15 min late told me that she needs to move to another person and just left me there alone to once again wait. Maybe be in time next time and actually deal with issues people have.nThen got told come back in 1.45pm we have it ready. Okay will come back 2.10 got told to wait, waited another 30 min still not ready. Went to ask what is the delay and got send back to waiting another 10 min. So once I got it over hour later I left the store. The most horrific thing to go there as costumer service is zero, shop is full of attendants talking to each other and people who actually there to get help don’t receive it. I hate going to that store products are good but service is shocking
