The store’s clean, modern, and has a great team — they’re always helpful, whether you’re buying, getting support, or just asking questions.nnThey also run live training and demo sessions for customers, which is a nice bonus check out the video if you haven’t seen one.nnThat said, avoid weekends if you can — it gets seriously busy. Best bet is to book an appointment ahead of time if you need service.nnAll up, solid experience every time — just plan ahead if you don’t like waiting.
I bought several gift cards at the store. I got home to redeem one card only to find it was already redeemed. Can't imagine how that would be. I contacted Apple about it. They want me to wait another 2 weeks to hear back from them. I sent everything about the purchase to them. So that will be 3 weeks now. I want my money back, it's a lot. They do not contact me at all, the store can't help, apparently. Pretty peeved! No more Apple cards for me, this is the second time in 2 weeks this has happened to me there. Something is wrong. Avoid that. Legal action next.
This review might be a little different from what you'd expect, but it's one of those moments that goes beyond simply buying a product. Today, when my friend and I went to the store—we're both Argentinian and our English isn't very good—a guy named Vitor from Portugal immediately approached us.nnWhen we told him our English wasn't great, he was incredibly kind and spoke to us slowly, and he also knew a little Spanish. The experience would have been very different if we hadn't met Vitor.nnThank you for your time, your patience, and our chat today.
I have been to this Apple Store twice and both times the staff have been lovely and helpful. We had Genevieve today who was so kind and efficient. Coming all the way from Brisbane was worth it just for this experience!!!
Our iPad died after few days of use and the manager at the Apple Store was disgusting in his behaviour and told is to go to JB hifi, he said will need to send for evaluation and will have to wait for weeks, better go to JB hifi , we ended up going to JB hifi from where I bought the iPad, and they sorted out promptly. This occured in 2024 and the Apple Store manager should be ashamed of how he treated us! Karma will get him! I would have given him zero or negative stats if I could!nnApple will bite the dust like Nokia if they treat customers with disrespect! Mind you! And for the managers behaviour - hopefully he is paying for it now!
