I had the opportunity to meet Celina and Jenny here. They were so kind and patient with my 1 year old. I didn’t know I was going to spend a lot of time in the store, as I wasn’t considering trading my previous iPhone, but it was a great idea and I’m so grateful with all their help.
Recently bought the new IPhone 13 Pro Max 1 TB to begin some photography and pick up a new hobby, and due to the fact my older phone was out of date and not working on a few components. I would definitely recommend this iPhone for the elegant design, simplistic interface, amazing cameras, video capability, battery life and pure capacity of storage that comes in this phone is ludicrous, making it a pure weapon and a half to watch out for. The fact you can put this in your pocket and go and snap some amazing photos, capture moments you wouldn’t normally at an amazing quality for such an amazing package. The fact your phone also can be tracked when turned off via find my iPhone is amazing, absolutely great feature. Would be interesting to see if they partner with starlink nothing mentioned of it yet but hear me out if they partner with the new starlink project and sell a package through Apple and starlink for internet plan as the capabilities of starlink will be insane in theory, and is already in testing stages and ready to roll out. But back on topic, amazing product would highly recommend.
I booked my sons 5 & 10 into a class on using procreate. The two women running the class were so great with the kids. They were patient and encouraging and engaging. The boys had a lot of fun and learnt how to use a new app.
I bought a new iPhone at Apple Robina and had some funds left over on my gift card. The lady suggested I buy an Apple case. I specifically said to her that I wasn’t interested in one as the quality is terrible however she ensured me that they have warranty and it wouldn’t be an issue. Well, what do you know within one month the case has started peeling. I went into Apple today to have it replaced and I got told by the manager “that isn’t our problem as it’s not a manufacturing error, it’s from wear and tear in and out of my pocket from excess use”. What an absolute joke. This phone case from $108 and it can’t stand 1 month of use without peeling. Sorry, am I supposed to have a phone and not use it? What a dumb thing to say. Id like to know what the warranty of the case is for then… what else could go wrong with it that I’d need Warranty for? Waste of $108.
Just bought the new iPhone 14 Pro Max after having a Android phone for years. I was really nervous with the transition but all the staff at Apple Robina were amazing and really helpful. Definitely put my mind at ease and the transition went really well. Thanks guys you get a big thumbs up from me
This has happened twice now. You apparently need an appointment to get a screen protector for your phone but don’t need one to buy a new phone!! Should just tell people we only serve you if you’re going to buy something big. Very rude and unhelpful staff. Would not recommend

Made me make an appointment for a screen protector. I then waited an hour, returned for my appointment only to be happily told they don't have any screen protectors left. Lift your game kids!
Worst experience ever in this Apple store in Robina. I bought a new IPhone and got a screen-protector fitted. When they wanted my money for that expensive phone they were very friendly. 2 days later the screen-protector cracked and I wanted a replacement. With a sudden all the friendliness was gone, since I wanted a service from them and I was not someone from whom they got money. They refuses to replace the screen-protector although they had multiple available and told me that it will be replaced if broken when I bought it! They argued that is is made by Belkin and they have nothing to do with it although I bought it at their shop. And I should follow a process. In every other shop I can return a product if broken and they organize the warranty if originally offered. The manager was extremely unfriendly and instead of offering a service he was only offensive to me. If I pay so much for a phone then I want service as well and I am not interested in a process! Change the process and deliver service! I will avoid any contact with the employees there in the future. What a disappointment.
