Thanks so much I finally found Magic Mouse because all the recent JB HI-FIs I’ve been to don’t have any in stock.nThe woman had energetic and great attitude while processing my payment.nIt is located opposite H&M around the middle of the shopping centre.nIf you can’t find the store, I suggest you search for the centre map and screenshot it in case.

When I bought my 14 Pro Max about two years ago I added on the Apple Care+ for around $250AUD. When I dropped my phone I was able to book an appointment for the very next morning at Apple Robina. 04/09/24nI backed up the phone just in case; however they were able to replace the entire screen without erasing my phone! The whole process only took an hour, and only cost me $45AUD when normally this would cost between 5-$600AUDnPlus! While I was waiting I thoroughly enjoyed discussing all things Apple and Apple related; with the employee named Jack! Jack is clearly well versed in Apple products, tech and audio! The employee “Stu” who handed my phone back to me was also extremely pleasant to talk to! Overall this is a truly 5 star experience and I am thanking myself for getting the Apple Care+ in the first place!
The quality of the service was way too poor and I still cannot believe this was Apple. Not professional at all!! This happened to me almost every time when I perches something in Apple Robina so this time I am going to write my experience here.nnThe staff seemed no respect to the item that you bought.nnOne time the staff tried to help me unwrap the box but roughly and teared the box and paper up. I asked him to exchange me a new one because the box is also important for me but the staff said “Are you serious?”nnI feel offensive and his behavior was not professional at all.nnAs I always sell the old apple products and buy new items, the box itself has to be in a good condition but most of the time when I buy products from Apple Store Robina, the box was damaged or with some scars on it.nnWhen I ask them to change a new one, they will always react like “Are you kidding me?”.nnI absolutely feel very very uncomfortable about this behavior every time and I even feel I am not allowed to buy an item with a satisfaction.nnI truly think Apple Robina needs a staff training to not lowering down the image of the brand.nnShow some respects to the product you sell! Please!
I visited the Apple Store on a busy Sunday afternoon, and even though it was packed, Heibrance took the time to help me. They were super friendly and knowledgeable, which made the whole experience really pleasant. I will definitely come back and hope to be helped by them again!
