My s7 needed repair (dreaded grey lines on the screen) and the text advising me of it's return was received by me the very next day. The staff were wonderful :) especially the young lady that scooped it up and gave it to the waiting courier. Well done all and much phone using thanks.

Absolutely ridiculous that there's no way of contacting the store or ANYONE for that matter simply to found out if they stock a particular Samsung item (U flex headphones). I'm expected to drive all the way out to Robina and battle with Christmas shoppers to find parking, simply to ask whether they have the item. All under the name of progress? What happened to good old fashioned retailing where you simply phone, ask the question & wish each other a good day? Ps this is not a review on the staff at the store. They may be very nice. I won't get to find out. It's a condemnation of the ridiculous system!

Sent my phone to fixed, they said it would take about 48 hours. Havnt heard back from anyone and its been almost a week now. Staff dont really seem to care or take the matter seriously, no one really bother instead I just got ''we aren't sure when your device will be here'' . I go onto the repair tracking online page and it says that repair has been cancelled on customers request. NONE OF WHICH I DID. was not even in the know about where or when I will receive my phone back. its also funny how when I was making the payment of 260 to get my phone fixed they served me so much better but when it comes to delivering or caring after I've already paid, absolutely disappointing. Still HAVE NOT HEARD back from them, still do not know when I will get my phone or where it is. so frustrating, extremely disappointed with the service. not the fact that its even taken this long but the fact that I have gotten NO communication on it and the customer service at Robina have not been very helpful.

The stars would be 0 if I could make it so... First let's start with Samsung as a product is absolutely fantastic. As representatives of such a large company this store should be completely and utterly ashamed. The blonde tart with the attitude problem clearly has no customer service and the only good job shes doing there is crapping over the brand she represents... I dropped my phone off after not even owning it for 3 months this in itself was an absolute mission, where the male staff member told me "oh you don't have an appointment" its a walk in store? needless to say after explaining what has happened he told me 24hours to 48 hours maximum for my phone to be repaired... 3 days later I have heard nothing of my phone ... I contact the email for support in the hopes to get through, as Robina has no phone number or no way of contacting the store direct... a samsung representative in NSW handled my request and advised they would look into it... A full week rolls by and I receive an email from the lady in NSW to tell me my phone is ready ... still no contact from the Robina store.. Upon collecting my phone again I witnessed Blondie frustrate another customer before giving absolute cheek while collecting my phone and outright lieing that they tried contacting me... In Summary... This store is pathetic, its stained the brand for me now and considering I've purchased 2 Notes and 2 S7's and many more over the years, Unless your trying to teach someone the perfect example of how not to treat your customers and how to give the worst customer service on the planet id steer clear of this store entirely. Never have I seen such pathetic customer service in my life. How Samsung can allow them to represent their brand is just mind blowing... Stay clear of this one ... shop elsewhere...

Extremely dissatisfied with them. Bought a samsung gear s3 frontier online and there is something wrong with NFC chip. Took it there so they would have a look. They refused to even have a look at my device and they said because its international device. (I bought it online from Australian company). Such a thing would never happen with Apple. Samsung need to focus more on customer service.
