Larger than most other stores, good range of stock but still didn't have everything I needed. Still it was well laid out and the staff were very helpful.

Been a regular shopper here for some time.  Was very impressed with staff product knowledge and service. Well staffed and reactive to your questions, but will leave you alone to peruse without harrasment.  Which is how I like to shop.  Once I have made up my mind and researched products, staff are ready to help.  Thank you JB HI-FI Robina for doing what you do well.

This store has recently been refurbished and is much easier to find what you are looking for. They are competitive and reasonably priced in most goods. Did prefer when the DVD and Blu-ray movies were separated from each other. Otherwise clean store and friendly staff.

Would not recommend going to this JB. Although some of the staff I dealt with were AMAZING, my opinion has unfortunately been based off the manager. I came in with a faulty product and the older male staff dealing with testing products I think manager was beyond rude!! No help whatsoever ever. “Told me he doesn’t know what he wants me to do about it” ? Replace it or send it off for repair I had purchased warranty and the product was only a month old would have been a start? Then told me “he can put me on the phone to the brand of product” unsure what the reason for this would have been? Proceeded tell me I don’t know how to use the product and the information from the website of 3rd party product is wrong??  Unfortunately will not be shopping from the Robina store again after been made to feel like a complete idiot.

We were there on a busy day but the staff were still very attentive and helpful. The young fella at the counter was so friendly and approachable, he provided excellent service.

Conveniently located inside a majir shopping centre.  While not purchasing anything on my visit the store had what I was wanting to look at.  Being a JB Hi-Fi Home it also has a selection of home appliances you don't find in a non Home branded store.  Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and are always available when needed.

Jbhifi robina is my local, so whenever I need anything remotely cool, I go here.  Staff always make sure to ask if I need a hand and that really means alot because half the time you have no idea where anything is.  Plenty of stock to browse, Well presented,  Not much else to say really, they've nailed it so far.

Fantastic staff. I bought a security system online & not being Tech savvy I got the wrong thing. They totally understood my predicament, befuddled little old lady & with smiles all around solved my problem. Thank you

The service was pretty quick. Great little store everything you need. I would go back again
