Had my car serviced there. Excellent service and happy to help. Super convenient as I went shopping across the road. They had to keep my car for the next day so even gave me a lift home.

Drove to Bridgestone tyre and auto service, nice sunny day, went to open the door and it's locked, but on the door it says 8am-1pm, look at my phone it's 12:20, call the number, they take forever to answer, some guy answers, I asked if they are open today and he says they just closed and are locking the doors now, I'm at the front and some guy who is invisible is locking the doors because I can't see anyone, I said it's 12:30 the door says 1pm, he pauses for a bit "we just closed" he asked what I wanted, I say I want to get my tyre changed, he said down the road is Bob Jane they close at 2, we are closed now, just writing this as an example of fine customer service, please don't come here

Dead set legends. Service is friendly too which is always a bonus, the Manager is a top bloke and took the time to make sure I was looked after. Gave me a bunch of options that I could choose from so I knew they weren't trying to extort me. Couldn't recommend enough!!

Just took a tyre in for a puncture repair found there to be good customer service, Got the job done fast and answered any questions i had and even rolled the wheel out to the car for me. Couldnt ask for much more.
