Our journey of buying a new car was smooth and short-wait time. Heaps thanks to Jim Salesperson and Craig Finance and their respective teams who made it possible and quick at this time of supply crisis.

Clearly not the best time to be buying new cars, whatever you're after, but Hamid our salesman was very personable and helpful, as was everyone else we dealt with, however briefly. He was upfront about supply issues and delivery wait times and kept us informed. Vehicle handover was short, sweet and hassle-free. Very happy.

Couldn’t say enough about the car. My outback is insane and more than I could imagine in a vehicle. Daniel from Subaru Robina was super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. In a market where unfortunately you don’t have room for negotiations with crazy high demands and low supply, that’s all you can ask for. Someone to take pride in their job and have the answers to your questions - thanks Daniel, you made it as painless as it can be. Also shoutout to Mark I believe the sales manager for the complimentary movie tickets - class act mate.

Staff went above and beyond with their customer service skills. 5 star waiting area and efficient transport to and from while the vehicle was serviced. Very prompt. Von Bibra Subaru in Robina was by far the best customer service I have received at any Subaru outlet.

Great service Great work. The little things make the difference like filling up the windscreen washers, replacing blown bulbs and washing the car before you pick it up that make running the car easy. You can check what other work and checks have been done as well. And while the advice for tyres and brake pads may be alittle premature they give you plenty of warning that these are coming up soon. I have been caught with shonky mechanics before that charge a fortune and do very little.  Never again. I highly recommend von bibra service department.

I made a service appointment with the service staff regarding a problem requiring their diagnostic equipment to get connected. A date and time was locked in whereby I can wait while its checked out.  On arrival at their preferred time they wanted me to leave the car for the whole day since they said it takes a whole day to use the diagnostic equipment which I find very hard to believe.  There was no customer engagement, basically leave the car for the full day if you want us to look at it. I did not leave the car there.  Service like does not encourage me to purchase my 3rd Subaru which is now due for renewal.

Everything was handled professionally and quickly, I was kept updated from beginning to end

Daniele is a five star car dealer, nothing was to much trouble, he went into detail about the car but didn’t overwhelm us, any questions after the test drive he could answer about the car and he went the extra mile to give us a good deal, highly recommend Daniele Iannuzzi next time you need a new car from Von Bibra Auto Group.

Very happy so far with the sales process, they were very professional and extremely helpful Hopefully the delivery will be as smooth.
