First time taking my Corolla to Nerang for my 45k service and they didn’t disappoint.nnI expressed that I wouldn’t be able to hang around for the full 5 hours and asked if it was possible to have my service done nice and quicknI didn’t get the name of the guy I spoke to but thank you, so friendly and helpful!nnHe went and sorted my Corolla to get straight in to the shop, and it was finished within an hour and a halfnnI’ll definitely be coming back for my next service!

Extremely unprofessional and lethargic staff. Quoted one price then expected to pay another after. Swore black and blue they had told me the full price when they definitely hadn’t. If they had, I would’ve gone elsewhere. Unimpressed they put me in that position especially when times are tough. Honesty in business is imperative. Unfortunately, integrity is sorely lacking in the service department of this Toyota. Get everything in writing if you do visit this location.

We had a great experience with these guys, last week we picked up 2 brand new cars. I can’t fault them in their service, they were so genuine, helpful and fast. Especially Grant Schweers, not only while helping us buy the cars but after. Our son bought a 2024 Camry, being 21 this was his first car & he’s worked hard for it. Unfortunately the 2nd day he had it someone scratched his bumper while at work. Understandably he was devastated, the day we picked up the Hilux Friday I mentioned it to Grant, he straight away offered for his touch up guy to fix it on Monday no charge. From start & even in aftercare between Grant & Anthony’s service were amazing.
