Shout out to Paul and Darren, wonderful service and made purchasing my bike a breeze. Paul was wonderful with explaining about the bike and little tips to keep the bike running well and maintained. And Darren was really organised and got all the paper work done in no time. Recommend these blokes from Ducati. Top blokes and top service.

I had been looking for boots and hadn’t found any I liked that were “just right”, until I randomly wandered into Ducati Gold Coast a few Saturdays ago. Then I found the perfect pair! They didn’t have my size in stock but they ordered them in and I got my new boots within the week. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you team, I’ll definitely be back when I’m needing some more gear

Initial contact was with Paul over the phone , Darren stepped in while Paul was busy . Price was set , no pushy add-on sales like in many other stores , only what I needed , plus they threw in some free labour . An easy , pleasant and human factor way to do business. Thankyou MotoArena , glad I found you ……. P.S , the Bike is fantastic

I had previously left a 5 star review as a gesture of gratitude purely for the effort the service guys put in. However ….nWhen I did the deal on the bike they stung me for $1000 off my trade in price as my trade in apparently needed a top end rebuild FE350 100 hours. I questioned this at the time and they were adamant they had to do it for the next buyer and it was inline with the OEM service schedule.nWell it turns out a friend of a friend bought my trade in from them and would you believe it, no rebuild. The dealership even advised him it wasn’t due for another 20 hours.nThis is shady used car yard tactics which does not sit well with me. Yes I got my new bike for a good price but honesty and transparency are the least you expect when dealing directly with the dealer principal. I will be buying my other bikes from MPE on the Sunshine Coast going forward. Very disappointed.

Have purchased bikes from GC Ducati in the past and after a break enjoying other brands, i decided to come back and buy a Panigale V2. Dealt with Paul and his experience and professionalism made the process seamless, couldn’t be more satisfied with the product and service from the team and management.
