Love the service and love my new bike! My whole family has purchased from here and we are all so happy with our purchases.  Ashleigh or Ashley - AKA SMASHLEE - she is fantastic! So knowledgeable with all the gear and protective equipment. Made the purchase so fun.  Sheldon was a great sales person - followed up my bike and gave me good honest service - no over promising.  An amazing store and worth the visit!!

This is the second bike I have purchased from Sheldon at TeamMoto Honda/BMW, Nerang and likely won't be the last. He always knows his stuff and isn't pushy or looking for a quick sale at any cost. Genuinely seems like he wants to find the right bike for each person which is greatly appreciated. And once again all the staff members I have dealt with have been extremely helpful and straight forward which makes the whole process much easier and more enjoyable. Shea made the finance side of things incredibly easy and faster than expected and Ashley showed great patience while I tried on and picked out the perfect new helmet as well. I would recommend these guys to anybody and will continue to be a repeat customer.

Sheldon and the team are just awesome.  Have purchased a couple of bikes from Sheldon now, and it is our 1st point of call. No pressure and loads of customer service.  I feel Sheldon is more about the right bike for the person than anything else.  He really cares about the whole experience and helping you ride your best ride. We are about 2 hours away. Well worth the ride or drive for that extra customer care. It really is worth the 5 stars.

Sent an inquiry online about a ninja and got a call from Sheldon within half an hour. Very easy to talk to and super helpful. Purchasing the bike was fast and simple. Being located in Townsville, the guys organised delivery for me, totally hassle free, very fast response times and gave me a great price too. Couldn't recommend anywhere or anyone better to talk to. Great Bike at a great price.  The salesman Nathan was extremely well organised and communicated excellently. I felt comfortable and well informed, Nathan helped me to figure out exactly what I wanted/Needed and without any BS.

I couldn't be happier with the service and experience. Immense respect and appreciation for Steve, Sheldon and Shea.  Steve was more than helpful shopping around to find a bike that suited me, my wants and needs. Steve truly cares about his customers. Sheldon looked after me when test riding and gave me valuable pointers, little lessons I'll remember. Sheldon really built trust and the into account my experience level. Shea was super helpful and translucent when it came to organising the finance side of things. Steve made it clear that his dealership builds long term relations with clients and after my experience it's true that his customers want to come back because we have a dealership that cares, a dealership we can trust. Have had an excellent experience with the people at TeamMoto Nerang. Sheldon was incredibly helpful and patient and made buying my first bike an easy experience. The guys delivered the bike too which was super convenient. Ashleigh helped me with getting the right gear and was super helpful. She also knew the products well. 5 stars and I will definitely be recommending TeamMoto to others.

Last week i got my dream bike from TeamMoto Honda, the entire experience was awesome! I was looked after very well by Sheldon and Shea. If you are in the market for a motorbike i higlhly recomend TeamMoto Honda Nerang.

My bike turned up early. Staff answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable. Can't say enough about the fantastic the staff are at nerang. Would highly recommend getting your bike or equipment from them
