Excellent customer service, I’m a new rider and Sheldon was excellent with his customer service, also his knowledge of learner bikes , he even took the time to assist me to test ride the bike while incorporating a some really great training tips. They fitted me out with all the necessary safety gear at reasonable prices , can’t thank the team enough for making my new experience to motor bikes comfortable, memorable and easy to handle. Thanks all
Would not recommend purchasing a bike from these dodgy blokes. I asked to purchase a bike and they said they had new stock arriving the the next day and was told to come back then - only now I have realised a $900 ‘delivery fee’ was charged out of my deposit. Not to mention $700 ‘setup’ fee which no financier or insurer has ever heard of.
I ordered parts twice from this company both times they failed to order what I wanted and failed to call back. When I enquired after waiting a week I was told they didn't order it and was then hung up on.
Took my bike in for a service. Quick and easy, bike was done within 3 hours. Thanks!
