I took my sons KTM 85sx to have the front brake fixed as I always like to take the bikes back to the manufacturers for best servicing. I took the bike to Ultimate motorbikes in Nerang. When I arrived in the afternoon to pick the bike up it was ready, but I was asked to come back the next day as the bike was tucked away in the shop. Then received a substantial bill with no detail on the receipt for what works had been carried out. I was told the cost of the part and labour prior to the bike being fixed, but the price was double of what was expected. I won't be going back there again.

Just bought my first bike from Ultimate KTM, and, unlike buying a car, this was a comfortable and enjoyable experience led by some top notch staff who genuinely wanted to help! Special thanks to Liam for helping me. Super nice guy who made me feel welcome and I will happily recommend him to anyone in the future. Thanks guys!!

Liam is an absolute legend. His knowledge of bikes is fantastic and he has a great ability to match the right bike for your intended purpose and budget. The entire crew are very helpful and it’s great to visit a no-stress, no-pressure bike shop. Keep up the great work 😁😁👍🏻👍🏻

My bike has had some intermittent problems for over a year now. Started while on warranty and then continued past the warranty expiry date. Kate, the service manager, was awesome and couldn't have been more helpful despite some set backs from the manufacturer. I highly recommend Kate and the team for excellent customer service.
