Went to the Nerang store on Lawrence Drive to look for a helmet. I had to write this review as Cameron the salesman was truly one of the best sales experiences I have had in a long time. He was super knowledgeable, answered every question I had and was not pushy at all. I felt super comfortable and was like talking to a friend. Top guy. You truly have an asset in him.

I organized to test ride the Honda CMX 500 a few months ago and when I arrived at the shop, the staff were friendly and helpful at first but after I signed the test ride paperwork, things turned sour. The staff member condemned me wanting to film the test ride with a GoPro mounted on my helmet. Puzzled by this, I asked another staff member if that was a thing and they shrugged their shoulders in confusion. When I sat on the bike to adjust the mirrors and get a feel for the bike, the staff member comes over and takes the keys off me and leaves me sitting on the bike for a good 5 minutes. When he finally came out and took me on the test ride, the only time the staff member allowed cameras was to take a photo of me sitting on the bike. I told the staff member about another bike that I was interested in purchasing and they tried to convince me that everything about that bike was bad and I'd be "better off getting this bike". The next day, the same staff member rang me to do a follow up of the test ride. I told him that I honestly didn't like the bike and I wasn't happy with the way I was treated. Everything I said just went right over his head and when he tried to sell me a bike that I didn't like, my response was simply, "Don't hold your breath". First and last time I'm going to that shop.

Highly recommend TeamMoto Honda Gold Coast. From the initial window shopping through to the after sales support, the service has been exemplary. Steve the owner has an excellent team working for him. Rob, Damo and the rest of the crew are all very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. They’ve definitely got a repeat customer here 👌 👍 🏍

Great experience, a really helpful friendly bunch. Didn't treat me like a complete moron because I was female. Would highly recommend  them.

I recently purchased my first Honda and the team there were extremely helpful with the process, it was very quick. Great staff with friendly personalities. 100% recommend to everyone- it was a great experience.
