Seriously my worst car buying experience in Australia. On delivery of the certified 2nd hand C200 in October, just found the inside of the car was pretty dirty and messy: There were lots of candy wraps hidden behind the central armrest of the rear seats when I folded it down.
What's worse, the passenger power seat didn't work when I took the car and the used car manager just said it's not covered by any warranty. "The car is sold as is. You should've known that when you pay the deposit. It is already factored into the cheap pricing."
What the hell? As if I was buying from a private car owner! 

My advise for you is: just take one extra hour and drive to the MB dealer in Brisbane as they are actually owned by 'MB Australia'. Never bother with this Robina one, as they are franchised and they just care about their short term profit, even at cost of damaging the brand image.

Cannot possible say enough great things about the staff and service here. They helped me get into the car I was looking for a worked hard for my almighty dollar by bidding against another Merc dealer who had a similar vehicle. Great service and friendly staff.

I was going to purchase a car through Merc Robina however I felt let down during the lack of enthusiasm in the sales consultant and wasn't a reflectant on what I believed Mercedes was all about.

I went in-store with open eyes and ears and listened however some words I picked up on is that the salesman needs to make quota for the month (turned me off) and was somewhat forceful in trying to land a sale on the day despite saying that I am not purchasing today.

I felt typical low value sales tactics, high prices and lack of knowledge considering you are generally going to deal with buyers that are smart, educated and probably making millions of dollars every year. 

Word of advice you should perhaps hire specialists in care, charisma and expertise in the brand.

Horrible service and time wasters, do not buy a car from here. MB Mcgregor and Brisbane are far far better.
