I wholeheartedly promise if you choose to purchase a new Volkswagen from James Frizelle's you will almost immediately regret it! I now have a running joke with all of my family and friends that I visit the Robina service center weekly to have a major issue rectified. Often I get my car back without the issue being fixed. Sometimes my car even comes back damaged (refer to attached image). Kindly they re-sprayed my car bonnet for me and have made me wait weeks for a loan car. Tonight is my 6th or 7th trip back to Volkswagen and once again my car has been given back to me without my issue rectified. Lucky I am a patient person! 1 star as 0 stars is not an option.

Friendly staff, prompt service. The only reason I didn't rate higher is because their hourly service rate is higher than other dealerships in the area.

Love my new Golf. The staff were very professional especially Troy. Thank you. Highly recommend Robina VW! Its my second car from Robina VW, that should tell you how great they are, i will come back again!
