Took delivery of my Hyundai Elite yesterday and couldn't be happier with the service received from Michael Connell. His time and patience when explaining and demonstrating all the amazing functions of the car was greatly appreciated. Can highly recommend purchasing a new car from this dealership.
Michael, the salesman that answered my initial call ,really looked after me ,right from the start ,he went above and beyond to give me a great deal, and fully explain everything about the car i was considering , his customer service is second to none ,and in fact i went back to him a few weeks later and brought a second car !!, I can only say from initial inquiry to pick up of my car was just everything i could wish for . I trusted my car with a service at Hyundai Robina only to find that they had STOLEN my possessions. I went back to ask if they had it and my worries were dismissed. I will never be going back and no one else should either unless you want your valuable belongings stolen.

Came here to look at purchasing a new car and as we all know this can be a harrowing experiencing when it comes to dealing with the sales side. Dealt with Michael who assisted me with arranging test drives of an I30 and Kona. This assisted me in narrowing down the choices of vehicles I was looking at between Hyundai Kia and Toyota. Whilst in the end we couldn't strike a deal on the $ front he was outstanding to deal. If we could have reached a price I would have purchased here and from Mike. If you are after a Hyundai and on the Gold Coast then Michael at Robina Hyundai is your guy. He is knowledgable, works to do his best to get you what you are after and wasn't pushy or smug. He genuinely cares about his customers and that's what we all want when making this type of purchase.
Great dealer. Iain helped us through the process with ease. Always made him self available to talk. We got ourself a great deal on a new car with a great discount. Also Steve from finance/insurance was super helpful.
Mark McGlashan was wonderful to deal with - gave us a full tour of the features of our vehicle, and patiently answered any questions. Communication with all other personnel was professional and helpful. Sale went through quickly. We would recommend using Robina Hyundai.
