From the first contact, all the staff at Von Bibra were professional, helpful and friendly. Aydan was willing to drive the car down to us (a fair distance) just for us to test drive! I previously have had negative experiences with dealers, but the team at Robina has changed my perception of what buying a car can be like. We didn’t have a lot of money to spend and were not looking for a really expensive car, but this didn’t lessen the level of customer service we received... I would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could... We will be back for our next car

Fantastic customer service from Aydan, Gypsea & Devon at Von Bibra Robina - very friendly, professional & kept me up-to-date through the whole process. They gave me a great deal for the car that I wanted so I didn't feel the need to shop around any further. Highly recommend Aydan & his team.
