I was helping my partner cause she has dyslexia & I gotten my head bitten off cause I was helping my partner. They think I don't know my own partner of 10 years 7 months I'm never ever going back there again. Friendly Customer service goes along way especially helping my partner when it was her first time donating blood
The staff at Robina are extremely good at there jobs and work as a well oiled machine. I would recommend Robina as the best place to give bloods but saying that I've never been anywhere else
I made my first Plasma donation today at the Australian Red Cross Blood Bank at Robina and what a wonderful experience that was made even better by a great team of dedicated professionals that saw to my every need and comfort. What a brilliant service they offer and you are guaranteed to come away with a warm and fuzzy feeling knowing that you could be helping to save the lifes of 3 people.
The same female attendant or nurse has ruined two donations for me. I am so disappointed. She was inconsiderate and rash, and has broken my trust in the professionalism of Robina. Because of her actions, I can’t donate for 3 months preventing the critical supply of platelets for people with blood cancer and other illnesses. It was just so insensitive and ultimately arrogant. I hope it’s not a pattern and I’ve submitting feedback via the supplied email to help this behaviour and approach be resolved.
A lovely lady who volunteered her services for many years who took great pride in her work and loved talking and helping the donors. I was a frequent donor and enjoyed seeing her smiling face and having a good chat. I feel very upset to hear this beautiful caring lady was escorted out of the building due to an unfair dismissal. This is very sad, you will be missed and no future donations will be made from me. This is not how volunteers should be treated by a charity organisation.
I donated blood for the first time and was a little bit nervous, but the staff were so lovely and friendly and made me feel so comfortable. It was a really good experience and I can't wait to donate again here
This was my first time donating blood and it was surprisingly easy to do. All of the staff were very welcoming, caring and kind. They go out of their way to make you feel special and it is well worth the effort to attend. I will definitely be back.
Staff are very friendly and always ask if there is anything they can get or do for you. PLEASE consider giving an hour of your time and donate and enjoy the best milk shake after and a snack. Save a life or two.
First time donor with anxiety about needles the staff here are amazing making the experience comfortable great job people. Get down support the community and donate if I can do it "the biggest soon when it comes to needles" anyone can do it
Wow, my favorite Lifeblood Centre has just had a major makeover to their reception area, come and see for yourself and you could even donate.I have posted 2 photos in the photo section.
