Cynthia greeted us as we walked in and then being our first time looking for baby items, allowed us to browse at our leisure. When she saw us trying to figure out a pram, she was there immediately and walked us through their range and helped us with baby seats and bassinets and more. We were only in the initial stages of baby shopping but will be back to buy what we need, after receiving such great customer service.

Good range of products, and great prices BUT they are frequently out of stock of a variety of items, both in store and online. Communication is very slow- it takes longer than the assured time to get a response to emails (for those of us who like a record of communication). shopping online is problematic - the website is not real time, which means a buyer doesn’t find out their ordered items are out of stock until AFTER the order has been placed and paid for. If an item is needed urgently, there would be a slow process of getting a refund, and then ordering it elsewhere. In store experience was frustrating - the sales lady was incapable of answering questions that weren’t covered by her script, and simply kept repeating the price - despite being told we didn’t really care about the price. A process that should have taken Twenty minutes took over an hour and a half. Then we had to wait over 8 weeks for our order to come into stock, despite being paid in full. Shopped in store aug 2017, online jan 2018.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired at this store. Apparently they feel since one of their major competitors has gone out of business, they no longer need to make any effort. Stood in car seat section for at least 20 minutes and couldn't get one staff member to help. Then stood at the counter for another 10 minutes waiting for someone to serve me with small purchases. Finally the 'manager' comes out from the office behind the counter and treats us like a great inconvenience and completes other things, answers a few phone calls and has a personal conversation and then deems herself worthy of our time and serves us...while still having personal conversations and bad mouthing a customer who was on hold on the phone to another staff member. Also their refund policy is a complete farce.

I have never in my life been so well looked after in ANY retail store! Amanda went truly above and beyond to have an out of stock item made available to me. For as long as I need baby toddler town for my children I WILL shop there! And refer anyone and everyone who will listen to me! Today the team at Robina gained a Loyal customer!
