This seven eleven had good options. A slush machine and some cool merchandise that was on sale. Made for some cute take homes. Unfortunately they didn’t have any 91 unleaded so that was something to be aware of. Otherwise staff was helping and friendly. This is a perfect place to stop on the way to the Gold Coast airport to fill up a rental car.
I have been going to 7/11 for a coffee before work for years and whoever the employee was on 5.45am 5/4/2025. I have never been spoken to by a 7/11 employee in that manner. All because I accidentally dropped 2 Coffee LIDS which I picked up and put in the bin. Only to pay for coffee and the counter boy had the filthiest look on his face and started to have a go at me. Which I explained was an accident. To which he continued to go off about these lids. I explained it’s 2 lids really not a big deal to be abusing paying customers. Maybe you should hold your staff to the same standards you hold customers on abuse. Not good enough.nIf he doesn’t like his job/want to be there maybe he should look for work in another industry.nHe has ruined my morning
My car blew up after buying petrol today from here! Since have found at least 10 other people with the same issue!! Car is only 1 year old! Called to tell them and they said oh yes we have had lots of calls from other people and have closed the pumps. She gave me a 1800 number to call which was closed!!! Waited 2 hours in the hot sun on the main highway blocking traffic to get a tow. They didn’t care at all!! Had my son in the car and we had no water. RACQ advised they had lots of other vehicles on the sale highway and area with the same issue! Since then one person has had the tank emptied and it was full of a blue oil substance she has spent $2,000 already! I now have no car for work or to drop my kids to school and they don’t care at all!!! I am infuriated! NO help offered at all! An absolute disgrace
This is a warning to everyone expecting their car run after fuelling at this place! My car started to stutter and lost its power on M1. Then it wouldn't start at all. Had spent 5 hours altogether waiting for the TMR to remove the car from the highway, RACQ guy to try to fix it and finally have it towed away to a holding yard. I will see what the mechanics are going to say. It's an engine failure due to their fuel quality, sounds very bad. I was not the only one having had the car broken down, I heard other community members had to go through the same problem. So stay away!
Drive through car wash hardly working. Half the sprays don’t work. Airblower does not work properly. It’s been like this for months. I have telephoned and complained to no avail and still not fixed. Lazy owner!!
