Lovely gifts store, great customer service and very approachable staff. Highly recommend.
Great range of card and gift items but the staff members I’ve approached consistently for help in reaching items on high shelving have been quite abrupt and rude when asked. Their surliness has put me off going there again. Other newsagents near Woolworths and butcher down past Daiso are MUCH nicer and actually stock more gift items etc.
Normally great customer service, but today I didn’t appreciate the eye roll I got just because my card wasn’t working!!!!

Bought a photo frame with tribute for Mother’s Day from NewsXpress. This was broken by my Mom in law & she was very sad about it. Belinda managed to go through storage & get us a another one of them. My Mom in law was very happy when she saw it. Thanking Belinda for going above & beyond to make this happened. Delishia
Was put off by the big display of a product 'Nut Dust' with naked men and information on how to keep your testicles dry across the counter. My niece has been asking me all afternoon why men put dust on their nuts. Really strange for a news agent to have such a big display and so much information on men having sweaty balls next to the eftpos. Probably more suited to an Adult shop or in a men's underwear shop. Owner must be a little twisted.
