Uploaded a verification form, as l haven't seen anything to confirm it has been processed l went in to ask and the response was yes it's in the system. I asked when would it be processed, he couldn't give me an answer and then said well what do you want me to do.nSo rude.
Had to visit here for a quick item after main Medicare offices closed many years ago. The lovely lady on reception was great and very patient, but we also acknowledge and thank Thomas who was jovial, prompt and very happy to help! :
MICHELLE was a rude and racist lady giving no kindness or patience for the asian man ahead of me and gave extreme attitude to myself as well, ive never had such lower level of service from Centrelink and that's saying something. she was overly rude and wasn't competent at all had no clue what she was doing or what she needed to do. However MICHAEL was lovely as always he helped explain the process and what was expected going fourth he was delightful. Furthermore its a brand new multi million dollar building yet has like 7 desks and not even half are ever being used yet you cant get an appointment for 2 weeks.
