Shelly was SO helpful and receptive in helping my Dad with his age pension claim when we were having trouble with it, makes such a difference and removed so much stress from the whole process. Great centre and all staff were very friendly and cheerful. Thanks so much!
MICHELLE was a rude and racist lady giving no kindness or patience for the asian man ahead of me and gave extreme attitude to myself as well, ive never had such lower level of service from Centrelink and that's saying something. she was overly rude and wasn't competent at all had no clue what she was doing or what she needed to do. However MICHAEL was lovely as always he helped explain the process and what was expected going fourth he was delightful. Furthermore its a brand new multi million dollar building yet has like 7 desks and not even half are ever being used yet you cant get an appointment for 2 weeks.
Went to Robina Centrelink for help applying for age pension i was told to go do it online. No words of advice etc very ordinary response the young lady just seemed she was there for a bludge.
Had to visit here for a quick item after main Medicare offices closed many years ago. The lovely lady on reception was great and very patient, but we also acknowledge and thank Thomas who was jovial, prompt and very happy to help! :
I went in to enquire about my mother's My Aged Care Level 3 accumulated funds release for her unit modifications as per her walking frame dependency needs.nThe service provider not only listened to me patiently but also clarified to me that the role of Services Australia in relation to my mother's My Aged Care allocated funds. I was glad to know that both My Aged Care and the Services Provider are the two parties relevant to my query.nI was very happy to talk it out with My Aged Care and the services provider as it resulted in knowing the most updated answers to my query! Communication and Clarity if roles is highly essential to keep the processes running smoothly!nGlad to know every party is coordinating and cooperating very well for my mother's genuine medical needs.
