Quick services, however walked in today, the lady at counter one did not explain anything just asked me to submit an application, scanned it and ask me to wait for result, very dismissive manner. As far as I know more documents are needed, however she just asked for my id and that all. She seems to have a attitude and had enough for the day.

I recently visited Services Australia - Robina and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with a staff member named Margaret.nnWhile I understand she was doing her job and that our situation may have been frustrating and complicated, there was no need for the rude and dismissive attitude we received. When people come to a place like this, they are often in vulnerable and stressful circumstances. A little empathy and basic courtesy can make a significant difference.nnMargaret’s passive-aggressive tone and unhelpful approach only added to an already difficult situation. Customer service in environments like this should be respectful and supportive. I strongly believe additional training in communication and customer care would be beneficial.nnVery disappointing experience
This new office location is 100% accessible, even with people such as myself who rely on public transport!! The staff were pretty good when I was there too.
Tanya and Karen helped me so much! Very grateful and had such a good experience there.
