I had a wonderful experience at Kmart thanks to Kylie at the checkout. She noticed straight away that my product was missing a lead, something I would have overlooked. Kylie then took the extra step to check the stock, and when she found there were no replacements available, she spoke with management and offered me a fair price instead. Her attention to detail, efficiency, and genuine care turned what could have been a disappointing situation into a really positive shopping experience. Thank you, Kylie, for your excellent service!

She didn’t just point me in the right direction—she walked with me, made sure I found exactly what I was looking for, and even offered helpful suggestions along the way. Her attitude was warm and enthusiastic, and it was clear she takes pride in doing her job well.
Great staff and great customer service! Nathan was very helpful and friendly, helping us in the creation of our mug with great enthusiasm. He was willing to answer all our questions, and did all this while managing the service desk. What a lovely young man! Great experience, would recommend!
Love the home department in K Mart as they have so many options and varieties of styles to suit your optimal designs and plus I’ve come across a lot of specials “discontinued products which was great”!!!! Situated in Robina Town QLD and have multiple car parks just make sure where you’re parked at as this is one of the biggest shopping centres in the southern hemisphere!!!!nAbsolutely recommend this place
