Love the home department in K Mart as they have so many options and varieties of styles to suit your optimal designs and plus I’ve come across a lot of specials “discontinued products which was great”!!!! Situated in Robina Town QLD and have multiple car parks just make sure where you’re parked at as this is one of the biggest shopping centres in the southern hemisphere!!!!nAbsolutely recommend this place
Go in yesterday to swap a refurbished iPhone 12 that I brought a week prior. With in the week of purchasing the phone the battery health went from 80% down to 71% which is not supposed to happen. Either way ,went in asked for the old woman at the service desk if I could swap it for a new phone. Well that’s when I got the no can do stroppy attitude from her. She said I’ve just had another customer with the same issue and to get it sent away they don’t send it away , you have to they’ll take your money and tell you to piss off instead of trying to be decent and offer to send it away for repair As they’re a third party seller. Right so instead of just sorting the issue, I got totally brushed off and left with a 400 dollar pile of shit that dies with in half a day of mild use. I don’t use my phone a heck of a lot. I’m going to keep the phone and have an aftermarket battery out in it. But from this experience, I will steer well clear of Kmarts refurbished phones. they’re over priced for the age of the phone and they’re junk. Lessons learnt.nBuy at CeX or off marketplace if you’re looking for a cheaper older model iPhone. Don’t buy of Kmart. And avoid the old woman at the service desk, her attitude stinks.
I love Kmart but recently I have noticed how dirty the shop is looking. Floor extremely dirty, balls of fluff/dust blowing around the floor in the clothes aisles, self checkouts are very grimy and unhygienic, I didn’t really wanna put my items down on the till bench to scan them.nSorry to write this review but standards have slipped.
Made to feel like a criminal when exchanging sizes all with tags on. My receipt must have fallen out of my bag and I was upfront, showed my bank statement only purchased a few days ago and the female team member at the returns desk was so rude and showed no care at all and refused the exchange. I asked for a manager and he approved the exchange. She also tried to change my story telling the manager what happened before I was able too. Ridiculous. Show some humanity to your customers! Genuinely shaken after the interaction. Won't be shopping here again.
