Kmart Robina is definitely my favourite Kmart. The store is always clean, bright, well organised and fully stocked, which makes shopping there so much easier.nnI actually choose to drive there because I find it a much nicer shopping experience than my local Kmart. It's easy to find what I'm looking for, the shelves are well stocked, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful.nnWhether I'm shopping for clothes, homewares, kitchen items, storage or gifts, I can usually get everything I need in one trip. It's just a really well-run store.nnA big thank you to the team for keeping the store looking so good and for always providing great customer service. It's definitely worth the extra drive for me.
kmart is great love all the products and great price too but the workers are very rude. one time me and my sister were shopping and about 5 workers were just following us around the whole time and accusing me of putting a coffee cup on the floor, and stealing. when we were leaving, they searched through everything, including my wallet and lunchbox? they said they saw us stealing things but in the end found nothing. it was very rude and all for no reason we werent even doing anything? anyways we did a complaint and they gave us a 10 dollar gift card so that was good but ye they need better workers
I needed urgent printing of double sided flyers for our convention. Felicity was so helpful and definitely got me out trouble. Great customer service !!!
Love the home department in K Mart as they have so many options and varieties of styles to suit your optimal designs and plus I’ve come across a lot of specials “discontinued products which was great”!!!! Situated in Robina Town - Queensland and have multiple car parks just make sure where you’re parked at as this is one of the biggest shopping centres in the southern hemisphere!!!!nAbsolutely recommend this place
Shout out to the young male with the nose ring who was working at the photo section today 31st January - exceptional customer service, went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly for my fathers 70th birthday. Hope he gets employee of the year! Thanks mate!!!!
