Was just in this store.  Stood at the counter waiting for service and neither staff member bothered to acknowledge my presence.  Yes they were with other customers but very poor practice to not give a simple "I won't be a moment". Very disappointing and poor training.

The used to have an animatronic T-Rex head mounted on the wall, was hilarious watching it scare the kids
