I walked in to this Kmart to have a look at the sporting section. I picked up a netball, had a look as I was interested in the product and to my surprise, one of the security guards immediately escorted the three of us out of the store without hesitation. He took a photo of us without explaining why and justified the reason of our escorting for playing with the ball when we held it for about 2 seconds and that’s generous. He then threatened to call the cops on us and still had an invalid reason as to why we were kicked out. I will not be shopping here again.
Came in and was assisted by a lovely girl, she was very kind and I was in a bit of a rush so she quickly helped me grab everything I needed. Shaylee was a massive help
I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at Kmart today. Sam at the customer service desk was really helpful when I was trying to print photos of my late grandfather. He made the process very easy, I couldn’t be more grateful!
Katie who worked at the customer service had no idea about how to serve a customer and no knowledge of policies. When she called the manager Matt, the lack of knowledge reached to another level. He could not read the policy and made her to read it and refused to implement it. They recommended us to contact the head office. The most disappointing Kmart experience I have ever had.
Scammers. That’s the word that describes this shop.nI bought a bike less than a year ago, now the breaks won’t work properly, the back wheel is wonky and the bicycle’s spokes are broken. So it won’t even spin.nI went to the store with the receipt, where it says 12 month guarantee. They told me they couldn’t return my bike and that they could not fix it either.nTheir excuse was that it was due to “wear and tear”. What kind of bad quality products do you sell that after less than a year of use they are so damaged it’s impossible to keep using them? Why do you say you’ve got a return policy if later on you won’t return the item and won’t even try and fix it.nI’m am really disappointed with this and since I feel I am being scammed I am going to fulfil a lawsuit against this store.
