I bought this just 2 minutes ago but decided I didn’t want it as I found a cheaper option online. I can’t find the receipt, and now Kmart says they can’t refund me. Honestly, that’s unacceptable
A product that I needed was not in stock, so, I asked at the service desk. Drew served me and was so pleasant and helpful, she took me down to the shelves and then found out another Kmart has the item. Her cheerful nature and smile is something rare and delightful. Please thank her from me.

I have purchased two items in the last few weeks that have been incomplete. I purchased a yellow beach umbrella, it did not come with the ground pole that secures it specifically in sand. I purchased a baby play board that is supposed to come with 4 legs, it only came with 2..nI am extremely disappointed and unhappy with this. Kmart does not let you return or swap your purchase if it is faulty, opened or without a receipt and so I am left with no choice but to keep these faulty purchases.nHighly unsatisfied, this is the only Kmart I have ever had an issue with and the staff here are incredibly unfriendly, especially during these busy holiday periods.
Yet another Kmart store with zero communication skills. Tried phoning at 7pm which initially rang out; phoned again only to be greeted with a recorded message saying they are closed and to phone back during their opening hours. Problem is, they are open until 9pm...
