The worst Kmart actually the worst store anywhere I’ve been to. So dirty and disorganised, why are there no cleaners? The floors are filthy, there’s discarded merchandise under every shelf and there’s open packets of food left on shelves. Worst of all, today I saw a mop bucket of dirty water left in a nook .. IN THE BABY SECTION .. which had clearly had been left there for some time. This is a drowning risk for toddlers. The blatant greed in not staffing properly, and the indifference towards basic hygiene and safety, is disgusting. DO BETTER KMART.
What in the hell in going on with the organisation. These aren't sale rack btw, if you find something you like in the wrong size have fun finding it anywhere else
Went to Kmart Pacific Fair today the shop was a shambles, completely chaotic.nI had checked online at home that the product I wished to buy was in stock, a mat.nI could not find it. Two very helpful staff checked said it showed 22 in stock, they checked stock room but found it difficult because although their devices said 22 in stock it gave them no location for the stock. They both searched ‘out back for 15 minutes, to no avail. I left empty handed.
I do not do reviews on retail but this needs to be addressed, always every time I come into Kmart , early morning and it’s disgusting presentation in the clothing department, it’s so off putting to see there is no care from the staff , I don’t even want to spend my money here !
The store is filthy and management should be embarrassed. Staff are slow, unprofessional and unmotivated. Clothes piled up or on the floor.
