nnI had such a great experience at Kmart Broadbeach thanks to Shaylee. Her customer service is absolutely outstanding — she was friendly, patient, and went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Her communication skills and attention to detail really stood out and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Shaylee is a credit to the team, and I really appreciate the effort she put in to help me.
Easy to find and access the shop close to your car. Otherwise it is the same as other Kmart stores.
I could not believe the state of the store when I was there, it was absolutely appalling. I emailed head office with these photos and their reply was disappointing.
5 Shaylee at the Kmart Photo Centre was fantastic—friendly, patient, and super efficient. She made the whole process easy and went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out perfect. Thank you, Shaylee!
Some of the younger female staff were quite rude and were too busy gossiping and saying wildly inappropriate statements whilst handling the change rooms today. I had a lovely asian girl assisting me; after she was replaced, the group of staff members who took over were quite rude and talked disrespectfully about the girl beforehand.. wasn't too impressed.
