The worst Kmart actually the worst store anywhere I’ve been to. So dirty and disorganised, why are there no cleaners? The floors are filthy, there’s discarded merchandise under every shelf and there’s open packets of food left on shelves. Worst of all, today I saw a mop bucket of dirty water left in a nook .. IN THE BABY SECTION .. which had clearly had been left there for some time. This is a drowning risk for toddlers. The blatant greed in not staffing properly, and the indifference towards basic hygiene and safety, is disgusting. DO BETTER KMART.
I do not do reviews on retail but this needs to be addressed, always every time I come into Kmart , early morning and it’s disgusting presentation in the clothing department, it’s so off putting to see there is no care from the staff , I don’t even want to spend my money here !
All credit to Kevin he was very helpful and willing to assist in finding a specific item. Gave us all the advice we needed even after letting us know there was none left in stock. Thank you so much made our experience at Kmart better!! This guy deserves kudos!!
As a customer, Carly was an amazing retail associate. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment she assisted me. She took the time to answer my questions, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and made sure I left satisfied. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out and made my shopping experience much better. I’d definitely recommend asking for Carly—she’s awesome at what she does.
