I felt very confident about buying my board from Travis. He was committed to providing me with the best board for my needs. He took the time to ask questions, let me compare boards and he even gave me a detailed understanding of shapes and fins. Travis' shop is definitely a community surf shop, the kind we used to have. Thank you, Travis!

great shop and coffee that has that local relaxed 70-80s feel that most of the goldcoast has lost ,ignore the one bad review about not being able to touch boards etc i was free to browse as much as i liked with a coffee in hand

I had a great experience at the Board Culture Surf Store, Travis was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and communicative whilst purchasing a DHD custom board. The rest of the staff (who also serve A1 coffee and food by the way) were welcoming and fun to chat with which makes this kind of surf shop exactly what's needed where you can hang out and take your time with good vibes and a pleasant feel. I'd recommend this place without a shadow of a doubt!!

Brought my first board from here. Was an absolutely amazing experience. Would recommend to anyone. Service and attention to detail was excellent. Love that they sell locally made boards as well!
