These guys are always so busy, but when you turn up & put your name down & wait to be served plan to shop or coffee before you are served. Both times the service has been above & beyond. Nathan set me up with my new phone & plan which is a decent process,  but he made it a very pleasant experience with good humour & general chat throughout. Yesterday I went in to buy a watch & was looked after by Oscar who was extremely diligent & proficient, whilst providing such great customer service, even my 12 year old said, ‘Wow, that guy went above and beyond!’ He’s going to be an amazing teacher one day. Thanks Telstra Pac Fair 10/10

I have been to the store so many times and the service is absolutely appalling. Is there any way we can write it -100 the manager unhelpful rude and totally robotic in her nature and her answers. Typical Telstra given that we have spent thousands of dollars trying to fix the Internet, every one of those at the suggestion of the store it is embarrassing that on a day off one must go in no appointments, but people at walk-in get appointments and she did nothing to assist. Nothing to help and was totally oblivious to requirements that did not appear anywhere would not rate her. If they were millions of dollars been given away cannot advise anyone to ever go there. It is the most useless store that I’ve ever been to.

I ordered the new iPhone 14 pro max bought ear pods and Apple Watch and I called this store to get help with my order and a staff member called Antonia I spoke to her on the phone she was really rude and hanged up on me when I was just trying to get some help after I spent a lot of money in the store only a few weeks ago pretty bad customer service. Reflects poorly on Telstra having staff like that there I be was actually really disappointed especially after trying for 2 days to get a hold of them that’s what I get for my money and time :

If there is no star I would be selected it. This store only focus to sign you up new deal and not even thinking about common sense. I lost my phone and then went in to sign a new phone. And without further information they have sign me up a new phone with E-sim. Then tell me I have to wait a week for my phone and my number! That is my business number and I cannot even get a replacement Sim card to continue using it. I asked him to give me a replacement Sim card first but all he could tell me is the order already submitted, they cannot do anything! That is completely unreliable and irresponsible and just give me a new number for temporary using it. I paid so much money on my plan to just asking for a consistent service and this store can't even provide that. The worst Telstra store in Australia, please avoid them if you have any important thing to fix!

Rude female staff attendant, tried to tell me to call the following day to be in a waiting que...right after I'd told her my phone wasnt working... ummm.....really?? Don't waste your time at this shop, Aus fair were far nicer.

Unfortunately, virtually impossible to talk to staff unless you make a booking and wait for 20-40 mins. Or more. Nobody is sure. What is guaranteed is that you will not be able to resolve your issue straight away. Hence, I switched 3 mobile plans to Optus. Always able to actually discuss my question with their friendly staff at Pac Fair branch.

I went to the store to sort out a minor issue that I couldn't fix on their website and was told it would be about 1 hour and 10 minutes before they could see me The store was empty   only 2 customers and about 6 staff just sitting around Usual pathetic service from    uninterested staff Buy your Telstra phones from JB HiFi , much faster service and better advice in a fraction of the time...

First ever review..  The worst ever customer service I have had in my life.... Telstra customer for 25 years and treat like I was a criminal. Was told to go away and someone would ring me in one hour? I returned 20 minutes later due to issues with my phone, I was rudely told to wait in the corner. Upon waiting I watched 2 people walk in and get served without being called. Once served I explained my situation which was an easy fix but was told by one of the salesman they couldn't help?

Joined up on the internet, terrible customer service. They say to call them but they never answer the phone, respond to emails or return text or phone calls. The worst shop in the country. You are forced to go there to get an answer

Great instant service.  Thanks to this particular branch. Oscar and Nathan made life much easier for me as an old timer user!!  Thank you again!
