I really appreciate good customer service and an employee who is capable of answering questions about their stocked products. Chris approached me when I was looking at soundbars and was able to answer my every query and then some. His knowledge and suggestions on which soundbar would be suitable to my needs was outstanding. Such a valuable employee, he went above and beyond. Unlike other employees in other retail stores I had visited before I went to JBHIFI Bundall. JBHIFI Bundall will be my first stop in the future. Thank you Chris.
APPRECIATION POST:nThis morning at around 10am I went to JB Hifi on Upton St, Bundall, Surfers Paradise to pick up my phone which was in for repairs. I had received both an email and a text the night before advising that my phone was ready for collection. I approached Jack who was working the check out when I arrived. I explained that I had come to collect my repaired phone, and within minutes he had organised for someone to bring it out from the back of the store. He diligently went through what repairs had been done to the phone and checked the phone and then handed it to me in a box with the accompanying paperwork. I thanked him and left. When I got to my car I open the box only to find that the case that was on the phone when i brought it in for repairs wasn’t on the phone nor in the box. So I returned to the store and made my way directly to Jack. I explained my predicament at which point he went in to action to try and track down the illusive case, after speaking to someone in the back via his headset he regretfully advised me that the case wasn’t at the back nor had it come back with the phone. Jack was extremely apologetic at which point I could see it wasn’t his fault and was kind of relaxed about the situation. He then said he would speak to a manager to see what they could do to resolve the issue. Promptly a manager appeared sorry didn’t get his name who equally was extremely apologetic and helpful, he guided me towards the phones section in hope of finding a replacement case. Regretfully after he and another staff member scoured the area in search of a replacement case, they were unable to find one as he explained that they didn’t really stock those cases as the phone was almost a year old At this point the manager who regularly apologised for the situation said we could go look online and he would be happy to give me a gift card to the value of a similar case. We returned to the checkout where he and Jack both went to work in organising the gift card. To me this was way beyond my expectations… if this type of customer service is standard for JBhifi, then a lot of other businesses could take a leaf out of their book. Thank you Jack and “The Manager” for their excellent customer service, you are both a credit to this store, and I for one appreciate the way you both handled the situation and represented JBhifi.
JB Hi-Fi Bundall is the place to go for all your tech and electronic needs!nHunter & Tom are mega gems nas is the whole team – friendly, helpful, and just genuinely awesome humans. It’s so refreshing walking into a store where the staff not only know their stuff but also make the experience fun. Great vibes, amazing service, & an unbeatable range of quality electronics. Couldn’t recommend them more. 5 stars all the way!
After going to big W Pac fair. Then I got to the good guys on Upton street. Spent 30 mins at both without joy. I walked into jbhifi Upton street. Was warmly greeted near the tv area by Summer. I was holding my Google Chromecast in my hand. Summer knew straight away what I was holding. Within 3 to 4 mins she gave me every answer I was seeking all day!!!! Some questions I hadn't even asked yet.however I got the answer!! Very bloody happy!! Good having staff that know about what's on the shelf!! Thank you Jbhifi and Summer
I had an excellent experience at this store.nnThe service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. I was warmly welcomed by John at the entrance, and both Sergio from Uruguay and Nick, the computer specialist, were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to help me get Wi-Fi working on my laptop.nI truly appreciated their support, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!
