Staffs here extremely friendly and helpful, especially the purple hair lady sorry I didn’t get her name at checkout, so lovely. I was here early when my order wasn’t ready, she’s more than happy get them for me instantly, one of the items was out of stock, she went above and beyond managed to get another brand, match price and finish the order in a tick! Exceptional customer service. Thank you.
My fiancé and I were served by Ellie in the phone department! She is so amazing at her job and honestly didn’t mind spend over $4k because dealing with Ellie was amazing! Her customer service skills are top notch and didn’t make us feel like we were a burden even though we had her ringing heaps of stores to see if they had an IPhone 14 Pro. She located one in Logan and we happily drove up there to get it. We will be back for sure! If anyone is after quality service definitely ask for Ellie to help- she is amazing!

Staff are helpful here but website is not. The website too often shows products to be avaliable in store when they are not. This has happened so often that I do not trust the website anymore. Apart from that, the Good guys basically next door, stock higher quality models and staff are more knowledgeable in general, while Jb will stock tech and staff that look like more but might not actually be more. I would go next door if I am in this area.
Jarrod the store manager is an ashtray on a motorcycle. completely useless. very unhelpful with his arms crossed in an elitist way. my son ordered a ps5 online and they wouldn't give it to him when we arrived. Really interesting how they take your money without ID but then hold your items for ransom when you show up. we had the invoice, the card he paid for it, the text to pickup and email confirmation. Bloody useless. JB HI-FI and its staff are impotent and lack common sense.
Another best places to buy electronics. It has a range of electronics, computers to dash cams. There is ample parking and no rush at the shop. Shop is not too big, but the staff are excellent and super helpful. They have super amazing deals from time to time. Keep your eye out for the catalogue items.
Whoever does the hiring of staff here needs a round of applause. Don't think I've ever walked in and had to deal with someone unwilling to help or having a bad day. The staff are always cheerful.
Called for help. Was left on hold listening to loud obnoxious music only to be hung up on after 10 mins of holding. When I range back “Harley/Haley” said she was too busy doing something else just to find out if they sell laser pointers! Glad I didn’t waste the petrol going down there.
The staff and security guards are really obliging and helped out when I had any questions or needed help. There is also have a huge variety of stock to choose from all best TV, Mobile phones etc.
Bundall JB is my close to work store. Most of the staff are very pleasant and help full. There are definitely some team members that go above and beyond to help you out.
