Very disappointing experience, they didn't have the light we were after and told 'No! No we don't have that!!' we were offered no extra assistance, pleasantries or recommendations on where we could find it. Felt like they wanted us out of the shop, would not recommend to anyone, very horrible customer service! It's actually quite funny that a woman of an older generation treating us like dirt because we're younger, doesn't mean we don't notice and don't appreciate great service.
