My experience with Civic is the complete opposite of the person's below.  Greg and his team are wonderful and very professional.  Our car was there for 3 weeks after being run into at high speed by a unlicensed, uninsured person.  

Civic made sure everything was fixed and even found a couple of other issues caused by the crash that the assessor didn't pick up - rang them through and got them approved.  

Our much prized car has come back all shinning like new and we couldn't be happier with the quality of workmanship done.  We were kept up to date about the repairs and the vehicle was ready when they said it would be (despite having parts issues).  

Can not thank Greg and his team enough.  Thanks Civic - great work.  Cliff & Mandy

I had a very good experience with Civic Panel beating and I recommend their service. The receptionist Kylie was very helpful and the work they did was without fault. They got the job done in a timely manner and were professional in their dealings.  In regards to the person who wrote the previous bad review, it’s probably a reflection of his own bad attitude, as I had no problem what so ever with this business. My car looks like it is new again, even though it is 5 years old. Thank you to the staff at Civic

I had bad experience with this repairer, will not recommend anyone to go there.  Bad receptionist, had to request insurance company change repairer, not sure how could such place could authorised to be an insurance company repairer, female receptionist had bad attitude towards customer, discrimination.  very irresponsible and unprofessional, especially compare to the later repairer i went to, as they didn't even take a non-driverable car off the customer which is very irresponsible, and still had no understanding of why insurance arranged hire car, it's obviously the car is non-driverable that's why arranged hire car, even later the hire car was arranged earlier then canceled because of their unprofessionalism.  As the female receptionist had bad attitude and been irresponsible, no customer skill.  Never even tried to explain the process, customer had to find out from insurance company what will be step.  and the female receptionist has no respect to customer, even scream at customer says she's been working there for 13 years and knows the process, but how come don't even know to tell what will be the next. she totally sound like she's been working there long enough sick been working there.  NEVER GO THERE!!!!   Not unless she's FIRED!
